1. WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
Picanova Inc., the manufacturer of this product ("we”) warrant that from the date of receipt by you in the United States
the product is free of manufacturing defects for a period of 30 (thirty) days if used as intended under normal
conditions and following use and care instructions.
2. WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to the following:
color variations between the actual product and any computer-generated image rendered on a screen
poor quality of the printed image due to the poor quality of the image data you provided (such as low-resolution image
files)
inadequacies and inaccuracies of the rendition on the product of the image you provided that are unavoidable with the
technology available
matters of personal taste (such as you don’t like the product)
normal product wear and tear
prolonged exposure of the product to direct sunlight
improper use or failure to follow instructions for use and care
accidents (such as dropping), abuse or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control
unauthorized modification or repair
3. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
This limited warranty starts on the date of delivery of the product and lasts for 30 days (the "Warranty Period"). The
Warranty Period is not extended after we repair or replace the product.
We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
4. WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?
We extend this limited lifetime warranty only to the buyer who originally purchased the product for own use ("you") in
the United States if that person is in the country of purchase. The warranty does not extend to any other subsequent
owner or other transferee of the product.
5. HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
Please contact our Customer Service Department at the email address, mailing address or telephone number below. You must
first obtain a return authorization or no warranty service will be provided.
We request a proof of purchase and we may make reasonable requests that you provide photos and/or other information
showing the alleged defect and providing a description of the circumstances of the product’s failure or breakage and
your use of the product.
If we determine that that you are eligible for warranty service we will send you a shipping label. It is your
responsibility to pack the defective product for shipping so as to avoid further damage and mail or dispatch it to the
address below. In some circumstances we may waive the return of the product.
6. WHAT WILL WE DO UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
If we find the product defective we will in our discretion repair or replace a defective product (or the defective part)
free of charge. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you. If
the product is no longer manufactured or available we will replace the product with one of equal or greater retail
value. Alternatively we may in our discretion refund you the purchase price, including the shipping cost.

You and Picanova are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer
relationship is intended or created by these Terms of Service.
8. LEGAL NOTICES
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO
STATE.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER
DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
