How long does it take to receive my canvas?

All of orders are ready to go within a few working day! With our standard shipping option you will receive your order within 10 days.
Please notice that shipping might take longer than our average time during Christmas season. Also please be aware that we can only guarantee an in time Christmas delivery for all orders until December 15th.

 

What payments options are there?

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard and Paypal.

 

How can I check the status of my delivery?

Depending on the shipping carrier that was used to ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and corresponding link to the carrier’s website to check the shipping status.

 

What should I do in case of damage in transit?

If your photo canvas has been damaged in transit, despite our carefully secured packaging, you should document the damage with a digital camera and contact info@picanova.com within a few days. Please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can replace the damaged canvas in a timely fashion.

 

What is your return policy?

To return an item for exchange or refund, please email us an image of your delivered canvas print to info@picanova.com. Please include the reason you are requesting an exchange or refund, your name, email address, and order number. We will respond to your request before 6:00 PM Eastern time Monday- Friday. The handy cases are produced with a margin caused by the production process. Therefore important parts of the image and text should be placed about 10 mm away from the sides of the image since they can get lost due to production processes.
